Can a window be repaired instead of replaced?
Often, depending on the window type and its condition. We confirm this at your estimate.
Can fogged glass be fixed?
In many cases the glass unit can be replaced, depending on the window. We confirm this at your estimate.
Do you repair wood windows?
Yes. Many of the projects in our before-and-after photos are wood windows.
Do you install doors?
Yes. We install and replace exterior doors, and we service storm doors, patio doors, hardware, and weatherstripping.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Des Plaines, Illinois, and serve properties within about 30 to 35 miles.
Are you insured?
Yes, PRO Window Works is insured.
Should I send photos?
Photos of the window or door help us understand the project. You can include them with your request or email them to prowindowworks@gmail.com.
